Quick And Easy Pasta Toss Recipe
Ingredients

| 1 cup Eat Smart Garden Vegetables broccoli, cut in small florets | ||
| 2 14 1/2-ounce cans diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano | ||
| 8 ounces Penne pasta, prepared according to package directions | ||
| 1/2 cup1/2 inch cubes mozzarella cheese | ||
| Kalamata olives | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), pitted | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add sausage, onion and carrots; cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
