Directions
1.Place everything into your food processor if you have a small one.
2.Blend until everything is combined and forms a thick paste.
3.Once the paste is ready, use a measuring spoon or make a patty of the size you desire.
4.Flatten your cakes if they look thicker to form a perfect round, flat shape if you so desire on a lid of any small container.
FINALIZING
5.Grill your fish cakes on a barbeque or on a frying pan for about 7 minutes on each side or until they turn brown.
SERVING
6.You can serve the fish cakes as an appetizer with a dip sauce of your choice or you can serve them as a complete meal with steamed rice, salad and a Vietnamese dipping fish sauce or sweet chili sauce if you like.
