Quiche Wedges Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 vegetable shortening pastry shell | ||
| Welsh rarebit package | 1 , frozen | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 5 slices bacon, crisp cooked, drained, and crumbled | ||
| Pimiento strips cut into stars | ||
Directions
Bake and cool pastry.
Heat frozen rarebit at 350° for 10to 15 minutes, until defrosted.
Remove from oven; cool slightly.
Beat eggs; add rarebit and pepper; mix until well blended.
Stir in bacon; pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until knife inserted off center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes; cut in wedges; top with pimiento.
