Saute onion in butter until tender but not brown (5 to 10 minutes). Spread in pie shell. Top with cheese. Add cream to eggs. Add combined flour, salt, dry mustard, and pepper; add Worcestershire sauce. Pour over ingredients in pie shell. Top with crumbled bacon or ground ham. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until set. Serve hot. This quiche may be baked in a regular quiche pan (1 large or 2 small). You will get a thinner product that can be cut in smaller wedges (12 to 16) for party appetizers.
