Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.
Sprinkle cheese, bacon and scallion over bottom of pastry shell.
Beat eggs, yogurt, cornstarch, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg together.
Pour into pastry shfell.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30to39 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comeb out clean.
