Quiche With Spinach Recipe
Ingredients
| Unbaked pie shell | 1 9 inch | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| 1 tablespoon potato flour or brown rice flour | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 3/4 cup fresh spinach, cooked, drained and chopped | ||
| 1/4 cup grated, sharp cheese | ||
| 1/4 cup skim milk powder | ||
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat together eggs, flour, salt and pepper.
Combine spinach and cheese and place in bottom of pie shell.
Mix skim milk powder and water with wire whisk.
Combine with egg mixture and pour over spinach in shell.
Bake in preheated oven for about 35 minutes, or until the custard is set and the top nicely browned.
