Quiche Lorraine With Bacon Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of cayenne
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbs. flour
1/2 lb. Armour Star Bacon crisply cooked, crumbled
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine milk, eggs and seasonings; mix well.
Toss cheese with flour; add cheese mixture and bacon to egg mixture.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350 F 40 to 45 minutes.
