| 8 slices crisply fried bacon,crumbled | ||

| Whipping cream | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| 2 cup grated Swiss, Cheddar or Colby cheese | ||

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Prepare bacon.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Toss cheese with flour.
Combine egg mixture, cheese mixture and bacon.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes on wire rack and serve.
