 8 slices crisply fried bacon,crumbled
 Eggs4 standard
 Whipping cream1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 2 cup grated Swiss, Cheddar or Colby cheese
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Unbaked pie shell

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Prepare bacon.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Toss cheese with flour.
Combine egg mixture, cheese mixture and bacon.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes on wire rack and serve.
