Solar Cooked Quesadilla Recipe Video
Solar Quesadilla is another easy and well made recipe in a solar cooker.
Ingredients
Sliced roast beef lunch meat
Melted butter
Mozzarella and mild cheddar cheese
1 tortilla
Directions
Grease a pan with butter. Place sliced beef, mozzarella and cheese on tortilla fold it half and butter it on top. Now place it in the pan and cook for about 2 ½ hours or till the tortilla is toasted well. Cut the quesadilla into two and serve.
