Queen Eggless Cake Recipe
Queen eggless cake is an egg free cake recipe baked in the oven. This dessert egg free cake is prepared with a batter of flour, milk, raisins, cashew nuts, sugar and honey. Simply served or with an added topping of vanilla sauce, the queen eggless cake is a real treat.
Ingredients
170 gms. plain flour
3 tsp. baking powder
70 gms. white butter
150 ml. milk
30 gms. raisins
30 gms. cashew nuts (chopped)
70 gms. sugar (crushed)
1 tbsp. honey
125 ml. Water
Directions
Sieve together the flour and baking powder.
Cream well the butter and sugar.
Add the honey and mix well.
Add the flour mixture, milk, water, raisins and cashewnuts and mix gently.
Pour the batter, into a 2 litre cake dish, lined with butter paper.
Pre heat the oven on 'convection' at 190°C.
Bake the cake at 190°C for 45:00 minutes
