Queen's Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
| Baking cocoa | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peanut butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 4 , beaten | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chocolate Chips | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Combine the baking cocoa, butter and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and cool immediately in a sink of ice water.
Combine the flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Add the peanut butter mixture and stir until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
Spread in a greased 81/2 X11 inch baking dish.
Bake at 320 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until brownies are seen to be moist when a knife is inserted near the center; do not overbake.
