1 lb cooked shrimp
 
3/4 lb cooked crab meat flakes
 
1 C diced tomatoes (fresh or canned - make sure to drain well)
 
1/2 C red bell pepper, finely chopped
 
1/2 C green bell pepper, finely chopped
 
1/2 C yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
 
1/2 C cilantro leaves, finely chopped
 
2 T lime juice
 
4 tsp Time Savor Gourmet Lemon Oil
 
2 T Time Savor Gourmet Southwestern Seasoning
 
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat. Let sit for 30 minutes, up until overnight. Divide into 4 equal portions. Serve chilled.
