Quartered Chicken Roquefort Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 broiler-fryer chicken, quartered | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| 1 tablespoon bottled steak sauce | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 ounce Roquefort cheese, crumbled | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Brush the chicken with the butter and steak sauce and place in a two and a half quart baking dish
2. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, cheese, salt, paprika and peper nd pour it over the chicken
3. Bake in an oven preheated to 325° F for an hour and a half

4. Serve as per your tastes
