4 oz brown rum
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp chili sauce
Salt and pepper
3/4 cup chicken broth
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In an ovenproof skillet, place quails.
Set aside.
In a bowl, mix rum, honey and chili sauce to a smooth sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
