Quails In Rum Recipe
Ingredients
| Quails | 4 , prepared | |
| 4 oz brown rum | ||
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chili Sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken broth | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In an ovenproof skillet, place quails.
Set aside.
In a bowl, mix rum, honey and chili sauce to a smooth sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Brush over quails.
Cook in oven 30 minutes, basting with rum sauce every 5 minutes.
Remove quails from skillet.
Deglaze with chicken broth.
Over high heat, let reduce 2 minutes.
Transfer quails to a serving dish.
Coat with sauce.
