Quail Cooked In Sherry Recipe

| Flour | ||
| Sherry | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Season quail with salt; dredge with flour.
Brown in small amount of fat.
Remove; place in casserole.
Combine sherry, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice; pour over quail.
Cover.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
