Stuffing
2 Cups (500 ml) mushrooms, quartered
1 tbsp (15 ml) melted butter
A few pinches of thyme
8 quails 1 tbsp (15 ml) oil

1 1/2 Cups (375 ml) chicken stock
1 1/2 Cups (375 ml) fast-cooking rice
1/4 Cup (60 ml) red and green sweet peppers, finely diced
1/4 Cup (60 ml) tomato juice

Directions
– Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C)
– Mix the stuffing ingredients. Divide it into eight, and stuff the quails.
