Flour - 3 cups

MAKING
1. Mix all ingredients and set aside in a warm place for one hour.
2. Oil your pan lightly, pour in the mix to form round pancakes and cook on one side.
3. Before the top side is cooked, fill it with walnut and sugar mix or cheese.
SERVING
4. Serve with garnish as desired.

Dina, you may make the dough, fill it with cheese or nuts or anything you like then freeze it. when you are ready to eat it, just take it out of the freezer, let it though for 15 minutes, its just like bread, and bake it or fry it and then drench it with sugar syrup. Ramadan Kareem to you and your family.

I tink its just like recipe "Gujhia" but it will light due prepared as pancake process. Gujhia is deep fry recipe. U r right Muslim likes some desserts in "Iftar (Ramdan-shareef) a it may one of them

Thanks Naushaba Tabassum for your comment. Actually in the middle east a lot of people fry those panckaes, we call them Atayief, but i always try to make my cooking lighter in fat and oil. you may try them fried, i admit they are very delicious fried.
