3 Cups Milk
 
One teaspoon instant yeast

Directions

Mix ingredients, cover and leave in a warm place for one hour. Pour on a hot pan just like you do with pancakes and cook on one side.
Fill with Walnut and sugar mix or cheese.

I tink its just like recipe "Gujhia" but it will light due prepared as pancake process. Gujhia is deep fry recipe. U r right Muslim likes some desserts in "Iftar (Ramdan-shareef) a it may one of them

Thanks Naushaba Tabassum for your comment. Actually in the middle east a lot of people fry those panckaes, we call them Atayief, but i always try to make my cooking lighter in fat and oil. you may try them fried, i admit they are very delicious fried. thanks
