Ingredients

 2 cups purple plum juice
 Sugar2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cider vinegar1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Sparkling water2 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), chilled

Directions

Combine plum juice and sugar in a saucepan.
Set over low heat and stir until sugar is dissolved; increase heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.
Cool; chill thoroughly.
