Aloo Ki Sabji Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 500 Gram (For 4) | |
| Tomatoes | 125 Gram (For 4) | |
| Poppy seeds | 25 Gram (For 4) | |
| Ginger 2 1/2 gm. | ||
| Curds | 75 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Cumin powder | 1 Gram (For 4) | |
| Turmeric | 1 Gram (For 4) | |
| Coriander powder | 3 Gram (For 4) | |
| Chilli powder | 2 Gram (For 4) | |
| Bay leaf | 1/2 Gram (For 4) | |
| Cardamoms (black) 1 | ||
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
| Fat | 25 Gram (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Boil potatoes, peel and cube.
2. Heat fat. Add chopped ginger, chopped tomatoes.
3. Fry well till almost dry.
4. Add ground poppy seeds. Fry again.
5. Add curds. Mix well and cook till fat floats on top.
6. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, bay leaf, black cardamoms and salt to taste. Fry well.
7. Add boiled and cubed potatoes and a little hot water. Simmer till well blended. 8. Remove. Serve hot with puries.
