Ingredients
| Pigeon peas | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Onion | 1 Medium, diced | |
| Potato | 1 Medium, diced | |
| Aubergine | 1 Medium, diced | |
| Pumpkin | 50 Gram, diced | |
| Ginger | 2 Inch, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Green chillies | 3 , chopped | |
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Red chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tbsp dhansakh masala powder | ||
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 medium onion, finely sliced and fried in 2 tbsp oil | ||
Directions
Wash dais and drain.
Place all ingredients except garnish in a pressure cooker and cook under pressure for 15 minutes.
Cool and pour into a colander.
Mash till smooth.
Garnish with fried onion and serve hot with brown rice.
