Ingredients

 Pigeon peas2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lentils2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Medium, diced
 Potato1 Medium, diced
 Aubergine1 Medium, diced
 Pumpkin50 Gram, diced
 Ginger2 Inch, chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Green chillies3 , chopped
 Water4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Turmeric powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Red chilli powder1 Teaspoon
 2 tbsp dhansakh masala powder
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 1 medium onion, finely sliced and fried in 2 tbsp oil

Directions

Wash dais and drain.
Place all ingredients except garnish in a pressure cooker and cook under pressure for 15 minutes.
Cool and pour into a colander.
Mash till smooth.
Garnish with fried onion and serve hot with brown rice.
