Puran poli is a traditional Maharashtrian and South Indian dish. In this part we will show how to fill and roll the polis, roast or fry them and then finally serve them.

Puran for stuffing
Dough for making flat bread
Directions
Heat a griddle or non stick pan.
Roll out dough and fill the puran ball in it.
Now roll out the ball using a rolling pin in a flat bread.
Fry it from both sides, apply ghee generously.
The poli should slightly golden brown.
Serve the puran poli with ghee or butter.
