Directions

Heat a griddle or non stick pan.
Roll out dough and fill the puran ball in it.
Now roll out the ball using a rolling pin in a flat bread.
Fry it from both sides, apply ghee generously.
The poli should slightly golden brown.
Serve the puran poli with ghee or butter.
