Puny's Tomato Aspic Recipe

|Tomato juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||3 Ounce (3 Envelopes)|
|Spicy tomato juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Granulated sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|

Chill 1 cup of the tomato juice in a small bowl.
Sprinkle in the gelatin and let it soften for 1o minutes.
Place the remaining 1 cup tomato juice, the spicy tomato juice, celery tops, onions, cloves, bay leaves, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Strain the mixture.
Add 1 cup of the hot liquid to the softened gelatin.
Stir the gelatin mixture into the remaining tomato juice mixture.
Pour into the mold and chill until set, at least 3 hours, or overnight.
Serve with Herb Dressing.
