 Rajma100 Gram
 Channa dal 25 gm.
 Urad dal25 Gram (Urad dal (black, whole) 75 gm.:)
 Ginger10 Gram (Urad dal (black, whole) 75 gm.:)
 Green chillies10 Gram (Urad dal (black, whole) 75 gm.:)
 Tomatoes150 Gram (Urad dal (black, whole) 75 gm.:)
 Onions150 Gram (Urad dal (black, whole) 75 gm.:)
 Garam masala a pinch
 Butter30 Gram (Urad dal (black, whole) 75 gm.:)
 Fat30 Gram (Urad dal (black, whole) 75 gm.:)

Directions

1. Pick, wash and cook all the dals together till tender.
2. Separately heat fat. Add chopped onions. Fry till golden brown.
3. Add finely chopped tomatoes and make a smooth gravy. Cut ginger and green chillies into juliennes.
4. Add cooked dals, ginger and green chillies to the fat and cook for a few minutes.
5. Add butter and garam masala powder and serve hot.
