Punjabi Dal Recipe
Ingredients
| Rajma | 100 Gram | |
| Channa dal 25 gm. | ||
| Urad dal | 25 Gram (Urad dal (black, whole) 75 gm.:) | |
| Ginger | 10 Gram (Urad dal (black, whole) 75 gm.:) | |
| Green chillies | 10 Gram (Urad dal (black, whole) 75 gm.:) | |
| Tomatoes | 150 Gram (Urad dal (black, whole) 75 gm.:) | |
| Onions | 150 Gram (Urad dal (black, whole) 75 gm.:) | |
| Garam masala a pinch | ||
| Butter | 30 Gram (Urad dal (black, whole) 75 gm.:) | |
| Fat | 30 Gram (Urad dal (black, whole) 75 gm.:) | |
Directions
1. Pick, wash and cook all the dals together till tender.
2. Separately heat fat. Add chopped onions. Fry till golden brown.
3. Add finely chopped tomatoes and make a smooth gravy. Cut ginger and green chillies into juliennes.
4. Add cooked dals, ginger and green chillies to the fat and cook for a few minutes.
5. Add butter and garam masala powder and serve hot.
