Ingredients

 
1/2 cup ground, cooked chicken livers
 
2 teaspoons minced onion
 
2 teaspoons chopped sweet pickle
 
1 tablespoon pickle juice
 
1/4 cup mayonnaise
 
1 chopped hard-cooked egg
 
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Mash finely for a smooth paste or leave coarse if desired.
Makes 1 cup.
