Punch Julien Recipe
Ingredients
| Limes | 2 | |
| Pineapple juice - 1 part | ||
| Or | ||
| Pineapple juice unsweetened - 1 part, canned, | ||
| Angostura bitters | 3 Drop | |
| Grenadine | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Golden rum - 1 part | ||
| Dark rum - 3 parts | ||
| Lime slice | 1 | |
| Lemon slice | 1 | |
| Orange slice | 1 | |
| Pineapple | 1 | |
| Cracked ice - as per requirement | ||
| Ground nutmeg - for serving | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a cocktail shaker, pour the fruit juices and the bitters.
2. Add the grenadine, rums and fresh fruits; stir thoroughly.
3. Refrigerate the mixture for 3 hours.
4. Fill a lowball glass with cracked ice.
5. Pour the punch and the fruit over the ice.
SERVING
6. Sprinkle the top with nutmeg and decorate it with drink umbrellas and swizzle sticks before serving.
