Ingredients

 Egg custard mix3 Ounce (1 Package)
 Egg yolk1
 Sugar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Canned pumpkin1
 Pumpkin pie spice1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange juice1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Graham cracker tart shells10 Ounce (1 Package Of 6 Shells)
 Whipped topping1 Can (10 oz) (Pressurized Can)

Directions

Combine custard mix, egg yolk, sugar, pumpkin, spice, milk and orange juice in a medium size saucepan.
Heat slowly, stirring constantly, to boiling; remove from heat.
Cool slightly.
Spoon into tart shells.
Chill at least 2 hours, or until softly set.
Just before serving, garnish each with whipped topping and a canned mandarin orange segment, if you wish.
