Pumpkin Tarts Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg custard mix | 3 Ounce (1 Package) | |
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Sugar | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Canned pumpkin | 1 | |
| Pumpkin pie spice | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Graham cracker tart shells | 10 Ounce (1 Package Of 6 Shells) | |
| Whipped topping | 1 Can (10 oz) (Pressurized Can) |
Directions
Combine custard mix, egg yolk, sugar, pumpkin, spice, milk and orange juice in a medium size saucepan.
Heat slowly, stirring constantly, to boiling; remove from heat.
Cool slightly.
Spoon into tart shells.
Chill at least 2 hours, or until softly set.
Just before serving, garnish each with whipped topping and a canned mandarin orange segment, if you wish.
