Pumpkin Roll with Cheese Filling Recipe

Ingredients
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/2 c. flour
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. salt
for cheese filling
2 c. powdered sugar
2 can cream cheese
8 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Step1-Mix cake ingredients and pour into well greased jelly roll pan.
Step2- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step3- Turn on towel sprinkled with powdered sugar immediately. Roll jelly roll fashion and cool. Mix filling.
Step4-Unroll cake, spread filling on cake and re-roll.
Step5-Chill overnight. Wrap in foil.
