Pumpkin Roll Recipe
My friend’s daughter Yenene likes this pumpkin roll recipe. Though she is 15 years old, but she has mastered the cooking technique of this dish. Whenever there is a gathering of my family and my friends, she definitely cooks this pumpkin roll . Our children also enjoy this dish. You should try pumpkin roll recipe.
Ingredients
5 eggs
2 c. sugar or brown sugar
1 1/2 c. pumpkin, canned
3/2 c. chopped nuts (as you like)
3/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
For filling
2 c. powdered sugar
8 tbsp. softened butter
16 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla or your favorite ice cream
Directions
Step1-Mix together ingredients for pumpkin roll.
Step2-Grease a 10"x15" pan, cover with waxed paper and grease again and flour.
Step3-Bake 18 to 22 minutes at 350 degrees farenhite.
Step4- Remove from oven and immediately turn onto dry dish towel. Remove waxed paper and roll.
Step5-Let set 18 minutes while you make filling.
Step6-Unroll and spread with filling. Re-roll and refrigerate. Can be frozen.
Your pumpkin roll is ready!
