Pumpkin Pie Recipe
I grew up eating this Pumpkin Pie frequently and am happy to share this recipe with you. Pumpkin Pie makes a yummy Dessert. I am certain both of us will be in agreement that this Pumpkin Pie is truly delectable.
Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup light cream
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 9 unbaked pastry shell
Directions
Heat oven to 425°.
Put all ingredients into the Osterizer container, cover and process at BLEND until thoroughly blended.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 425° for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 275° and bake 35 to 45 minutes longer, or until a silver knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean.
Cool at room temperature before serving.
