1 c. milk
 
1 c. cooked pumpkin
 
1/4 c. Bisquick
 
2 tbsp. sugar
 
1 tsp. cinnamon
 
1 tsp. nutmeg

Step1-Mix all ingredients well.

Step2- cook on hot griddle until golden brown.

This recipe was awful. The batter was more like pumpkin crepes not pancakes. We ended up quadrupling the recipe adding Bisquick just to get it thick enough. I would suggest reducing the milk or eggs or just expect to keep adding Bisquick.

Hello, Thanks for pointing the error in the recipe. Agreed the liquid content was way too much in comparison to the dry ingrdients. Moreover, the cooked pumpkin also has liquid in it. I have made the corrections, sorry for the inconvienience.
