Pumpkin Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 cups biscuit mix 500 mL
 
2/3 cup brown sugar 150 mL
 
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 7 mL
 
1/2 cup chopped pecans or filberts 125 mL
 
1 egg, beaten
 
1 cup canned pumpkin 250 mL
 
2 tbs salad oil 30 mL
 
2 tbs milk 30 mL

Directions

Measure first four ingredients into a bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and stir into the dry mixture, half at a time.
Scrape into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350F (180C) for about 55 minutes.
Cool and remove from pan.
