Pumpkin Delight Recipe
Ingredients
| Gingersnaps | 16 | |
| Pumpkin | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla ice cream | 1 Quart | |
| Sugar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped nuts | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |
Directions
Place gingersnap crumbs in greased 8-inch pan; re- serve 1/4 cup crumbs for top.
Combine all remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
Pour into pan.
Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top.
Freeze until firm.
Cut into squares to serve.
