Directions
Step2. Mix sugar, oil and pumpkin with the beaten eggs.
Step3. Add baking powder, flour, cinnamon and salt to the mixture and mix well.
Step4. Add the chopped dates with the mixture.
Step5. Fill in greased muffin pans, 2/3 full.
Step6. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
