Pumpkin Cake Recipe
This is a kick ass recipe for Pumpkin Cake which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my French please. I will prepare this Pumpkin Cake as Dessert for a get-together I am soon going to host. Am sure you have had a lot of recipes passed on to you by aunts, mom, grandparents, friends, etc. It is time you pay them back by making and then sharing this wonderful Pumpkin Cake.
Ingredients
1 package (18.5 ounces) yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons soda
1 can (16 ounces) pumpkin
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Heat oven to 350° Grease and flour 12-cup cast aluminum bundt cake pan or baking pan, 13x9x2 inches.
Stir all ingredients in large mixer bowl.
Beat on medium speed 4 minutes.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool; wrap and refrigerate.

Thanks for posting this. I was looking for ideas for the kid's breakfast. I wanted something easy for me but portable so they could take it to the bus stop. Something that was somewhat nutritious since it is, after all, breakfast, but yummy enough so that they would take the time to eat it. I found this recipe and it fit the bill!! I'll make it again!!
