Pumpkin Cake Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups packed brown sugar
4 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups pumpkin
1 3/4 cups rye flour
1/4 cup barley flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
Cream Cheese Icing
Chopped nuts
Directions
Cream together brown sugar, eggs, and oil in the Bosch bowl.
Alternately add pumpkin and dry ingredients.
Blend thoroughly.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking dish, and bake in a 350° F.oven for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool, and frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
