Pumpkin Soup Recipe Video
Pumpkin, white pepper, and bay leaf is a very yummy and nutiritious Soup. Ideal for winter!!
Ingredients
500 g (1 small) pumpkin
500 ml (2 cups) of vegetable stock
200 ml (4/5 of a cup) of cream
1 onion
1 big potato
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
2 hot peppers
nutmeg
honey
1/2 of a lemon
salt
white pepper
for decoration:
sour cream
more hot peppers
dark sesame oil
Directions
Peel the onion and cut in small dices.
Cut the pumpkin and remove all the seeds with spoon. Cut in pieces and set aside.

Peel the potatoes and cut in pieces of same size of pumpkin.
Heat some butter in pan and add garlic, chili and onions. Fry for a while. Then add pumpkin and potatoes, fry them for few minutes.
Add vegetable stock and bay leaf.
Close the lid and reduce the heat and cook for about 20 minutes
Take out bay leaf and blend untill smooth.
Add cream, nutmeg, honey, white peppers and lemon juice.
Enjoy!
