Ingredients

 
3 1/4 cups flour
 
1 teaspoon cinnamon
 
1 teaspoon baking powder
 
3 cups sugar
 
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
 
1 teaspoon nutmeg
 
2 teaspoons soda
 
4 eggs, well-beaten
 
1 cup Wesson oil
 
l 1/2 cups nuts, chopped
 
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) pumpkin
 
1 cup None-Such mincemeat

Directions

Combine dry ingredients.
Blend in eggs, oil, nuts, pumpkin and mincemeat.
Pour into greased and floured 3 1/2x7 1/2 bread pans.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
Cool in pans on racks for 30 minutes.
Keep 24 hours before slicing.
Can be frozen.
