Pumpkin Spice Jack O' Lantern Cookies Recipe

| 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats | ||
| Pumpkin pie spice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked | 16 Ounce, mashed | |
| Butter margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1 container Frosting Supreme Ready To Spread Vanilla Frosting | ||
| Green food coloring | 3 Drop (FROSTING) | |
| Red food coloring | 5 Drop (FROSTING) | |
| 5 drops yellow food coloring | ||
| Assorted candies | ||
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease cookie sheets.
In large bowl, combine all cookie ingredients; stir until well blended.
Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls 3 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets.
Using back of spoon, spread into 3-inch round pumpkin shape with stem.
Bake at 350°F. for 14 to 20 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
Immediately remove from cookie sheets; cool completely.
In small bowl, place 1/3 of frosting.
Add green food coloring; mix well.
Spread on stems of cookie pumpkins.
To remaining frosting, add red and yellow food coloring; mix well.
Spread over pumpkin portion of cookies.
Decorate, using assorted candies for mouth, eyes and nose.
