Pumpkin Spice Cookies Recipe
This cookie has a fall twist to the taste!

Ingredients
| 1 package of Ready to Bake! Pillsbury sugar cookie dough | ||
| Powder sugar | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tbls butter, room temperature | ||
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pumpkin pie spice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Preheat 350 degrees
Sprinkle a little flour on a counter top surface and roll the sugar cookie dough out to ΒΌ inch thick and cut out with fun cookie cutters. Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until a light golden brown. Once the cookies have baked place them on a cooling rack and allow to cool completely.
For the frosting add in the powder sugar, butter, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice and milk in a mixing bowl. (Start with just a tablespoon of milk and add more if you feel the frosting is still too thick.)
Then frost the cookies and decorate as desired. Serve and Enjoy!!!
