Pumpkin Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup reduced-calorie nonfat vanilla yogurt | ||
| Canned pumpkin puree | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Granulated sugar substitute to equal | ||
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pumpkin pie spice | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Whipped topping | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cinnamon for garnish | ||
Directions
In small bowl, combine all ingredients, except whipped topping and cinnamon, until blended.
