 Pumpkin large can1
 Sugar1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Ginger2 Teaspoon
 Eggs4 , beaten
 Milk3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pie Shells - 2 nos, unbaked

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2) In a bowl, mix together pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and ginger. Add in the eggs and mix well.
3) Next, slowly pour in the milk.
4) Keep the bowl covered in the fridge overnight.

MAKING
5) Pour the mixture equally into two pie shells.
6) Bake for about 10 minutes or until the crust turns slightly golden brown.

SERVING
7) Serve the pumpkin pie at room temperature, garnished with whipping cream, if desired.
