Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Ingredients
2/3 cups sugar (white or yellow)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon allspice (opt.)
1/4 teaspoon cloves
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons dark molasses
1 cup evaporated milk
Directions
Combine sugar and spices, then add eggs slightly beaten.
Mix mell, stir in pumpkin and molasses.
Add milk, and mix well.
Pour in unbaked pastry shell, and bake at 400F for 15 minutes, lower heat to 350, bake 15 or twenty minutes.
