 Unbaked pie shell1 9 inch
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Ginger1/2 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Pumpkin puree1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup skim milk powder
 Water1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs3 , beaten
 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Molasses1 Tablespoon
 Pure vanilla1 Teaspoon

Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F.
Add seasonings to pumpkin.
Combine skim milk powder with water, using a wire whisk.
Add milk mixture to beaten eggs.
Stir in pumpkin and seasonings, honey, molasses and vanilla.
Place filling in unbaked 9 inch pie shell and bake 10 minutes in preheated oven, then turn back heat to 350°F. and bake 30 minutes longer.
