1 baked pastry shell
 
2 whole eggs
 
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
 
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
 
1 teaspoon cinnamon
 
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
 
1/4 teaspoon ginger
 
1/4 teaspoon cloves
 
1 1/4 cup half-and-half or evaporated milk

Directions

Break eggs into 1 1/2 quartbowl.
Beatlightly.
Addpumpkin and mix thoroughly.
Add remaining ingredients, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour mixture into baked pastry shell.
MICROWAVE 12 MINUTES on '6', or until almost set.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Garnish with swirl of whipped cream, if desired.
