Pumpkin Nimono Recipe
Ingredients
| Pumpkin | 500 Gram | |
| Brown sugar | 20 Gram | |
| Vinegar | 20 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 10 To taste | |
| Yellow Colour A few | ||
| Water for boil | ||
| Sesame seed | 10 , roasted | |
Directions
MAKING
1)Peel and cut pumpkin into small pieces.
2)Bring water to boil and mix in brown sugar, yellow color, vinegar, sesame seeds and salt.
3)Now add in pumpkin and continue to boil for 2 to 3 minutes until pumpkin is half cooked,
SERVING
4)Serve Nimono cold or hot.
