Ingredients

 
500 gms. pumpkin, grated
 
1 tablespoon channa flour
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1 green chilli, chopped fine
 
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed and cardamom powder
 
1/2 teaspoon pomegranate powder
 
Any basic curry

Directions

Squeeze out the water from the pumpkin.
Mix well with all the other ingredients.
Shape into eight koftas and deep fry them.
Put them into the curry, fifteen minutes before serving.
