Pumpkin Jingle Bars Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup Salad Dressing
1 two-layer spice cake mix
1 (16-ounce) can pumpkin
3 eggs
Sifted confectioners' sugar
Vanilla frosting
Red and green gum drops, sliced
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
Pour into greased 15 1/2 x10 1/2 x1-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350°F, 18 to 20 minutes or until edges pull away from sides of pan.
Cool.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Cut into bars.
Decorate with frosting and gum drops.
