Pumpkin Gratin Recipe

| Pumpkin | 2 Pound, cut into small chunks (Peeled, Seeded) | |
| Chopped fresh thyme | 2 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Meanwhile, parboil the pumpkin in salted water for 10 minutes.
Drain, reserving 3 tablespoons of the cooking liquid.
Mix the pumpkin with the reserved liquid, the thyme, remaining oil and seasoning.
Spread the onion over the bottom of a gratin dish.
Put the pumpkin on top.
Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with the Parmesan and bake for 15 minutes longer.
