Ingredients

 
1 package (4 1/2 ounces) JELL-O AMERICANA Custard Mix
 
2 1/2 cups milk
 
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
 
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
1 egg yolk
 
1 cup canned pumpkin
 
Citrus Fan (optional)
 
Mint leaves (optional)

Directions

COMBINE custard mix, milk, orange rind and cinnamon in medium saucepan; mix in egg yolk.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-low heat until mixture comes to full boil.
Remove from heat.
Add pumpkin, stirring until well mixed.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart souffle dish or bowl.
Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
DIP flan in hot water; unmold onto serving plate.
Garnish with Citrus Fan and mint leaves, if desired.
