Pumpkin Cheese Pie Recipe
Ingredients
Pie
Pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
Topping:
3/4 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Pecan halves, (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Prepare pastry.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour in large bowl until blended.
Add remaining pie ingredients.
Beat on medium speed until smooth.
Pour into pastry lined pie plate.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
While pie is baking, mix together topping ingredients, except for pecans.
When pie is done, immediately spread with sour cream topping
